Al Ahli sends a delegation to Morocco for Benhalib

Al Ahli club officials are considering sending a delegation from the Red Fort to Morocco to negotiate with Raja Club to end the deal of Mahmoud Benhalib, the Moroccan striker who wants to join Al Ahli during the next transfer window.

Benhalib is one of the many Arab players Ahli wants to join in January, especially after he played with Raja and recently led to crown the Confederation Cup led by Spanish coach Garrido, former Ahly manager.

The 22-year-old has scored 12 goals in the last Confederation Cup and is crowned as top scorer Moroccan press reports have indicated that the player may leave Raja soon.

Officials from Al Ahli want to take the Moroccan striker in the way his compatriot Walid Azzaro, who ended Ahli several seasons ago, signed an agreement with him by sending a representative of the Red Castle to end the deal.
