Aspen Pharmacare to open factory in Morocco

The South African, Aspen Pharmacare, has just announced its intention to set up a factory in Morocco.

Upstream, the company launched a recruitment campaign in Morocco. Its target: product managers promoting the Aspen-stamped medicines, which cover a wide range of therapeutic classes, from the treatment of asthma, to HIV, including bacterial infections, gastrointestinal, respiratory and inflammatory.

Aspen Pharmacare is one of the leading African industrialists, and the largest pharmaceutical laboratory in the southern hemisphere, based in Durban, South Africa. The group produces more than 24 billion tablets per year and has 25 manufacturing units in 17 countries (including France, Germany, the United States, India, Australia and Brazil). In all, 10,000 people work for the group. It sells its products in more than 150 countries around the world.
