BCIJ again avoids the worst in Morocco

The Central Bureau of Judicial Investigation (BCIJ) is investigating a dangerous individual who specializes in explosives. Arrested last Friday, follower of fundamentalist thought and calling himself “Abu Al Kacem”, the man was planning to perpetrate attacks in The Kingdom.

According to sources, the individual had pledged allegiance to Daesh and was eager to watch videos of decapitation and programs broadcast by terrorist organizations, especially those of the so-called “Islamic State”.

The elements of the BCIJ, in collaboration with those of the Directorate General of Territorial Surveillance, have finally put the hook on this dangerous individual. His arrest took place in Fez, in a house he had made his headquarters for his tests of explosive devices and his preparations to sow the terror and death of innocent citizens.
