A personalized welcome and follow-up, combined with a digital workshop process and the deployment of a dedicated hotline dedicated to the technical follow-up of repairs, are all measures to encourage better support for the customer.
However, Bosch’s ambitions in the Kingdom do not stop there. The operator plans to continue expanding its network in terms of car maintenance and repair. Other similar centers are expected to open later.
