The elements of the administrative police of Casablanca (PAC) are preparing to launch next week an unprecedented campaign for recovery of the public domain. After a pilot phase of several months in 5 districts, the PAC will formally start its activities by attacking cafes, restaurants or any trade occupying the public domain.
The campaign will start on the main arteries before targeting the streets. Committees composed of agents of the PAC, the national police and representatives of the local authorities will make their tour in the districts of Sidi Belyout, Maârif and Anfa. Offenders will have the right to warnings, fines or even stop the activity for the most recalcitrant.
