The economic capital of Morocco, Casablanca, will host from March 26 to 29 the first edition of the Africa Sports Expo under the theme “innovation at the heart of the development of the practice of sport for all”, according to the organizers.
This Fair, the largest of its kind dedicated to sport and well-being in Africa, will be the meeting point where active people, young and old, women and men as well as professionals from the sector will meet and interact around the sport development.
Aware of the preponderant place that sport occupies on the African continent, Africa Sports Expo aims to be a leading diplomatic tool and a vector of economic and social development.
Thus, a hundred renowned international experts will have to participate in this event. As for the general public, it will have the opportunity to discover current trends, to try out new disciplines through around fifty fun, spectacular and participative events.
For this edition, Senegal will be the country of honor. Senegal will host one of the continent’s biggest sporting events in 2022, namely the Youth Olympic Games.
