Casablanca-Vienna: New direct line of the RAM

A Royal Air Maroc (RAM) plane landed on Monday in Vienna, inaugurating the new direct line between Casablanca and the Austrian capital.

This new airline will be operated by aircraft type Boeing 737 NG, twice a week (Monday and Saturday) before moving to a second stage three flights a week throughout the year.

Thus, departures to Vienna are scheduled every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:00 (GMT), for an arrival at 14:40 (GMT). The return flights are scheduled the same days with a departure from Vienna at 15:40 (GMT) and arrival in Casablanca at 19:30 (GMT).

On the occasion of this inaugural flight, a large reception was organized on Monday in Vienna in the presence of several diplomatic personalities from Arab and African countries, as well as the head of the Austrian Ministries of Tourism and Economic Affairs, the deputy director general of the airport of the Austrian capital and the ambassador of Morocco in Vienna.

An evening was also organized Tuesday in Vienna to present to tour operators and members of the Moroccan community established in Austria the program of this flight.
