The investment arm of “Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion” (CDG), CDG Invest, has launched the “212 Founders” program to promote the creation and growth of startups in Morocco.
The program is open to entrepreneurs of all nationalities, without restriction of sectors, as well as employees or young graduates who wish to take the step of entrepreneurship by creating their startup in Morocco.
Successful projects will benefit from a comprehensive program of support and funding to the highest international standards. Beneficiary startups will be able to obtain financing from the seed phase (up to MAD 3 million) until the growth phase (Series A, up to MAD 10 million).
This program will be delivered by experienced contractors serving other contractors. It also enables selected startups to gain access to a unique network of mentors and high-level experts who have been successful in the field of entrepreneurship. CDG Invest invites start-up project developers, who are in the process of being created or in development, to submit their application before 31 July 2019 on the website “www.212founders.ma”.
Interested persons can also register on the site to attend the information meetings that will take place from the end of May 2019.
