CIIE: BoA signs MoU with China Commodity City Group

The Bank of Africa BMCE Group (BoA) signed a memorandum of understanding on Saturday with Zhejiang China Commodity City Group (CCC Group), during the 3rd edition of the China International Import Expo (CIIE).

Concluded during a ceremony chaired by the Mayor of the city of Yiwu, Wang Jian and the Economic Advisor of the Moroccan Embassy in China, Reda Oudghiri Idrissi, in the presence in particular of the Director General of BoA Shanghai, Said Adren, and the Vice-President and CEO of CCC Group, Wang Dong, this agreement comes in a context of development of logistics programs, consisting in financially supporting the Chinese group for its international development and more particularly in Africa, through trading and logistics, BoA said in a statement.

This agreement also allows the two institutions to cooperate around a project to build, fit out and develop a trading and logistics park in Morocco, also explains BoA.
