Coronavirus: Assessment climbs to 4321 cases in Morocco

Morocco now registers 4321 confirmed cases of contamination with the new coronavirus, including 168 deaths and 778 cures.

69 new cases of infection with the new coronavirus (Covid-19) have been confirmed in Morocco in the past 24 hours, bringing to 4321 the total number of cases of contamination in the Kingdom until Wednesday at 4:00 pm, announced Mohamed El Youbi, director of epidemiology and disease control at the Ministry of Health.

3 new deaths have also been recorded in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths from the virus in the country to 168, the official said.

In addition, 150 new healings have been recorded, bringing the number of people declared cured to 928, he said.

Note that 28609 cases were excluded following negative laboratory tests.
