Coronavirus: Measures strengthened at Casablanca airport since the announcement of the first case

A reliable source affirmed that the different teams working within the Mohammed V international airport of Casablanca are mobilized and ready for any eventuality. This concerns the detection of cases of passengers suspected of being infected with the coronavirus.

This mobilization is all the more increased after the official announcement of the first proven case of contamination in Morocco. Similarly, adds the same source, the Ministry of Health and the Commission for Monitoring and Epidemiological Surveillance have made available to the airport specialized medical teams. They are responsible for monitoring the health of passengers disembarking at the economic capital of the Kingdom.

It should also be noted that Mohammed V airport knows no kind of alert, nor any kind of “curfew”, as ominous birds have falsely peddled it. However, says our source, he is ready for any contingency regarding recorded cases of suspected coronaviruses.
