Coronavirus: Morocco receives 65 million doses of vaccine

Morocco has acquired 65 million doses of the two vaccines to which the Kingdom has opted, announced the Minister of Health, Khalid Ait Taleb, before the Council of Government meeting on Thursday, specifying that the target population amounts to 25 million people.

Preparations for the launch of the national vaccination campaign have reached a “very advanced” stage, said the Minister of Health, quoted in a statement read by the Minister of National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research, government spokesman Said Amzazi, during a press briefing held at the end of the Council.

However, he did not specify the start of the vaccination campaign.
