The number of people infected with covid19 is increasing day by day in Morocco. And there are, for the moment, 86 officially confirmed cases, distributed as follows by city, according to statistics from the Ministry of Health.
The Casablanca Settat region and that of Rabat Salé Kénitra are thus on the front line and have 20 cases of coronavirus each.
They are followed by the Fès Meknes region where 19 cases have been recorded. The Marrakech Safi region and that of Tanger Tétouan Al Hoceima occupy the third line with 7 cases each. 6 cases were recorded in the Souss Massa region, 4 cases in the eastern region, 2 cases in the Béni Mellal Khénifra region and one case in the Guelmim Oued Noun region.
Recall that 86 confirmed cases of contamination with the new coronavirus (Covid-19) were identified in Morocco until Saturday at 12:30 am, announces the Ministry of Health on its site “www.covidmaroc.ma“. Of this total number, the ministry reports three deaths and two recoveries, adding that the cases excluded following a negative laboratory result are 385.
The ministry invites citizens to respect the rules of hygiene and health security as well as the preventive measures taken by the Moroccan authorities by demonstrating responsibility and patriotism.
