Covid-19: Assessment climbs to 345 cases, 23 deaths in Morocco

Morocco has so far recorded 345 confirmed cases of contamination with the new coronavirus, including 23 deaths and 11 cures.

12 new cases of contamination with the new coronavirus (Covid-19) have been recorded in Morocco in the last hours, bringing to 345 the total number of cases confirmed in the Kingdom until Friday at 9:00 pm, announced the Minister of Health on his site “www.covidmaroc.ma”.

The twelve new cases were identified in the regions of Marrakech-Safi 6, Casablanca-Settat 3 and Béni Mellal-Khénifra 3.

2 new deaths were also recorded, which brings to 23 the number of deaths due to the virus, it says the same source.

The number of people declared cured remains unchanged and stands at 11.

Note that 1,423 cases were excluded following negative tests carried out in the laboratory.
