Fayçal Chaabi was elected Monday, January 7 at the head of Ynna Holding, succeeding Mama Tajmouati.
A graduate of INSA Lyon, Fayçal Chaabi joined the Group in 1981 and has participated in the development of its international activities. Aged 62, he is the eldest son of Fire Miloud Chaabi, founder and former historical leader of YNNA Holding. Fayçal Chaabi’s mission will be to consolidate the group’s development through the implementation of the growth strategy both in Morocco and internationally.
“I am very honored by my election as President of YNNA Holding which was founded by my late father who will always be our example. We will continue the action that has been its own by preserving the work and maintaining the values that have made our success for a long time: a responsible, supportive and efficient group”, announces Fayçal Chaabi, President of Ynna Holding.
The Board expressed to Mama Tajmouati Chaabi its unanimous thanks for the progress made in the governance, its positive managerial vision, its commitment to the preservation of the values of the group and welcomed the results achieved by the Company under its mandate.
