The Atlas Lions have earned a spot in this November’s FIFA World Ranking, released on Friday, dropping from 3rd to 2nd at the African level and from 29th to 28th globally.
Senegal, which occupies the 20th place in the world, remained at the top of the African countries with 1561.68 points. On a continental scale, Tunisia now occupies 3rd position (29th in the world) ahead of Algeria (32nd).
The top of the standings remained unchanged with Belgium still in the lead ahead of Brazil and France.
