All indications are that the 14th edition of the International Agricultural Show in Morocco (SIAM) could benefit this year from a royal inauguration. Thus, the organizers of the show are mobilizing to succeed a beautiful edition whose main themes relate to “the employability of young people in the agricultural sector” and the “10 years of the Green Morocco Plan”.

In the meantime, Aziz Akhannouch paid a visit yesterday to inquire about the final preparations for the largest agricultural showcase on the African continent. As a reminder, one million visitors are expected at this 14th SIAM, scheduled from April 16th to 21st.
A week before the event, several hundred workers are mobilizing for the construction of the stands. This Tuesday, Akhannouch visited the regional, international, institutional, livestock, product … poles to explore the route that will be taken by the official delegation.
Showcase and spearhead of the Green Morocco Plan (PMV), the SIAM illustrates the royal attention paid to the agricultural sector. The latter is the essential economic link of the Kingdom. Lastly, the SIAM has a retention rate of over 85%. In this respect, at the level of machinery, agricultural equipment (irrigation), products (fertilizers and fertilizers), operators achieve around 30% of their turnover during the event.
