French Scopelec lands in The Kingdom

The French group Scopelec plants its banner in Morocco. Specialized in the design, operation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructures and the integration of connected solutions, this group has just created a subsidiary based in Rabat in partnership with local minorities.

Called Conexium, this entity aims to provide its parent company as well as its customers with a high value added off-shore service in the optimization of back-office processes and customer relationship management in the context of deployment and infrastructure maintenance.

Conexium is also the first subsidiary of Scopelec outside metropolitan France and overseas territories (Guyana, Reunion Island and Guadeloupe) where the group created in 1973 in Revel (near Toulouse in southwestern France ) has more than 80 sites and agencies.

It should be noted that Scopelec, which employs nearly 4,000 people, is the leading provider partner for Orange in France in terms of network and telecom integration. In recent years, the group chaired by Thomas Fiappini and 86% of the capital are owned by its employees, experiencing a very strong growth propelling the consolidated turnover of 250 million euros (nearly MAD 2.8 billion) in 2014, to more than 400 million euros three years later (more than 4.5 billion dirhams) and this, surfing the wave of the digital development of the territory where the State and communities invest massively .
