The Moroccan Jamal Ben Saddik faces this Saturday, October 23 the Dutchman Rico Verhoeven within the framework of the Glory Collision 3. The Moroccan says he is ready to take up this colossal challenge.
“I am currently based in Amsterdam, just two minutes from the gym. I train 3-4 times a day and rest on Saturdays. The preparation was particularly complicated, but I’m ready,” Ben Saddik said.
He is aware of the challenge of this fight. “Beating Rico would mean a lot to me. But he’s been a champion of Glory time and time again. Still, I don’t think he’ll surprise me, he doesn’t change his style,” added the Moroccan.
The two opponents know each other as they have faced each other twice, with one victory each. A third fight is scheduled for the start of the year, but Jamal Ben Saddik called off due to injury.
