The Ministry of Health and the 12 regional health directorates have concluded the program contracts as part of the implementation of the “2025 Health Plan”.
The purpose of these contracts is to set up a management and performance assessment instrument between the central administration and the regional health directorates, with the aim of improving the management and quality of services at regional level, says the Department of Anas Doukkali.
It is also a question of improving the deconcentration of the missions of the ministry. The 12 regional directorates are committed to achieving the objectives of the 2019-2021 action plan, by mobilizing regional, provincial and local teams and to make available the levers and tools of the health region. For its part, the department will ensure in particular the budgetary resources required for carrying out the activities.
