Immorente Invest will increase its capital. The prospectus relating to this transaction has just been approved by the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC).
The transaction, authorized by the general meeting held last November and reserved for the public, will be done with cancellation of the preferential subscription right. It relates to a total amount of MAD 408 million. The issue price has been set at MAD 100. while the subscription period runs from 27 to 31 January inclusive.
