Kaspersky Lab: A group of dangerous hackers targets Morocco

According to Kaspersky Lab, the Kingdom is a victim of cybercriminals, members of a network calling itself “Gaza Strip” and speaking in Arabic.

These hackers have the criminal intent to hack sensitive information about personalities and organizations with political interests in the Middle East, according to media.

Kasperky Lab’s report adds that Morocco is also concerned by piracy. But that the number of Moroccan victims did not exceed five, without citing neither their names, nor details about this operation of cybercrime.

Kaspersky Lab has just listed the institutions that hackers in the “Gaza Strip” spy on. These include embassies, banks, political parties, media, educational institutions, hospitals, corporations and other businesses.
