“Krimau” former player of the Kawkab is dead

The former Kawkab football player Abdelkrim Merry, nicknamed “Krimau”, died on Wednesday at the age of 88.

The body of the deceased was buried in the cemetery of Bab Dakkala in the presence of family members, relatives and friends and a number of fans of the team Marrakesh.

The late was one of the players who left a significant mark within the team of Kawkab, who brightened his name on the national sports scene during the sixties and seventies of the last century thanks to the bids of this player along with other names that was engraved with gold, where he starred with the Marrakesh team from 1958 to 1975 and won the first title in 1958 and three trophies for successive years 1963-1964-1965.
