Marrakesh: “Neurologist” infected with swine flu

Private sources told Daily Morooco, that swine flu (H1N1) infected a professor at the Faculty of Medicine in Marrakesh, a doctor at the hospital of specialties in the University hospital Mohammed VI (CHU).

The same sources added that the infected doctor carried the virus during her daily work with the citizens inside the health facility, where no measures were taken to avoid the risk of infection.

The medical sources also reported that the neurologist was taken to a private clinic where she was under intensive care in an attempt to save her, especially as she was chronically ill.
