MedZ takes a new course. The subsidiary of CDG Development has merged its entities dedicated to business parks Casanearshore and Technopolis Rabatshore to give birth to the property EWANE ASSETS.
This JV will allow the consolidation of rental activities and the development by EWANE ASSETS of real estate dedicated to offshoring, and the rental industry, says MedZ. The new entity will be in charge of the design, programming, development and marketing of 4 parks (Casanearshore, Technopolis, FesShore and OujdaShore).
In total, these parks have a capacity of 176 ha, including 326,000 m² of platform in rental operation (offices and industries) and 80,000 m² under development. They bring together over a hundred national and global players (Dell, Altran, Atos, Sofrecom, Capgemini …).
