As usual, the French magazine France Football has unveiled its top 5 annual best paid footballers in the world. Unsurprisingly, Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo and FC Barcelona rival Lionel Messi dominate the standings.
The “Pulga” comes at the top of the list with annual revenues estimated at 130 million euros (including a salary of 7 million euros per month), followed by the rocket of Madeira which affects about 113 million euros.
The star of Paris Saint-Germain, Neymar, completes the podium. The child prodigy of Brazil receives nearly 91.5 million euros per year. In fourth place is the French international in Atletico Madrid, Antoine Griezmann, with revenues estimated at 44 million euros. Finally, the Welsh Real Madrid, Gareth Bale, occupies the 5th position with revenues of 40.2 million euros.
Note that to establish this ranking, France Football is based on the gross salaries of players, plus bonuses and sponsorship income.
