Mohammed VI Tanger Tech City: Signature of a MoU in Beijing

It was in Beijing that the protocol of agreement relating to the Mohammed VI Tanger Tech City was signed. And that, on the occasion of the forum “Belt and Road” of the countries members of the Silk Road which is held in China in Beijing.

Held at the headquarters of China Communication Construction Company Limited (CCCC), the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Othman Benjelloun, President of SATT (Société d’Aménagement Tanger Tech), Liang QINGSHAN Vice President of CCCC, and Sun Yao Guo Vice President of CRBC (China Road and Bridge Corporation).

This MoU comes to seal a common will of the three groups to realize and develop the “Mohammed VI Tangier Tech City” by implementing the means to concretize phases of the project in line with the strategic vision of the two countries.

The ceremony was attended by Mohcine Jazouli, Minister Delegate for African Cooperation, Aziz Mekouar, Ambassador of Morocco to China, Ilyas El Omary, President of the Tanger Tétouan-AlHoceïma Region, Fouad Brini, President of TMSA, Mohamed Agoumi, Managing Director BMCE Bank of Africa and Said Adren, Managing Director BMCE Bank International Shanghai.
