Morocco and Prague will be connected by a direct line

Air Arabia Maroc will start to operate a direct air connection between Prague and the largest city of Morocco, Casablanca. The line will be available to passengers twice a week.

Casablanca will become the fifth destination in the region with direct scheduled air services from Václav Havel Airport Prague,” said Václav Řehoř, Chairman of the Prague Airport Board of Directors.

Prague and the Kingdom of Morocco have already joined a direct flight to Marrakech. The new Air Arabia to Casablanca will be available to passengers on Monday afternoons and Thursday nights. Operation on a new direct line will begin on April 2 next year.

Casablanca is the largest city and port in Morocco. At the same time, it is the capital of the Great Casablanca region and the country’s most important economic and cultural center. It has almost 3.5 million inhabitants. The port city also employs over half of the country’s labor force.
