Morocco-Argentina: Hervé Renard dismissed players

Two days after the draw in Malawi (0-0), the Moroccan national team is preparing to face Albiceleste in friendly. Hervé Renard made his choices. The coach has just unveiled the names of the 8 Atlas Lions who will join the 15 (already selected) to face Argentina next Tuesday in Tangier.

They are Munir Mohamedi, Ahmed Reda Tagnaouti, Rachid Alioui, Youssef Ait Bennasser, Mehdi Bourabia, Yunis Abdelhamid, Abdelkrim Baadi and Osama Idrissi.

After unveiling his list of 33, the national coach chose 18 players for the trip to Malawi and left 15 more in Morocco. The French technician then dismissed some names and retained others to form a group of 23 players who will play against Argentina.

Among the major absentees of this new list, we find the Moroccan center of Hebei China, Ayoub El Kaâbi. Not to mention the Rajaoui trio, Abdelilah Hafidi, Badr Banoune and Zakaira Hadraf. Also note the absence of Anuar Tuhami, who had his first call in selection and whose name is not on this list of selected players.
