Morocco at the Geneva Book Fair

Morocco will take part in the 33rd Geneva Book Fair, which will take place from May 1st to 5th at the Geneva Convention and Exhibition Center (Palexpo).

The Ministry of Culture and Communication, in collaboration with the Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export Development (AMDIE), is providing a stand for four Moroccan publishers who will be present in Geneva and will exhibit a documentary collection of their new titles, ranging from textbooks and fine books to historical works and literary essays, offering visitors a palette of Moroccan culture, known for its richness and diversity, says a statement from the ministry.

These are the publishing houses “Bouregreg”, “La Croisée des Chemins”, “Marsam” and “Yanbow Al Kitab”, adds the same source, noting that this appointment is eagerly awaited in Europe and in the French-speaking world welcomes 350 exhibitors from around the world this year and features the book and culture of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
