This brand event, under the aegis of the Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, is organized by the Mediterranean Space for Technology and Innovation (MSTI), in partnership with the Moroccan Agency for Sustainable Energy (MASEN), Mohammed V University in Rabat, Abdelmalek Essaadi University in Tetouan and several other national and international organizations, said a press release from the organizers.

Thousands of participants from around the world will participate remotely in this event, says the same source, recalling that the previous edition of IRSEC saw the participation of more than 1,500 participants from 76 countries.

November 19, 21 and 22 will be dedicated to tutorials and other related activities, while the official opening of this event will take place on November 23, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. remotely.

About forty confirmed international experts will present the latest technologies in the fields of renewable energies, energy storage, and energy efficiency, it is pointed out, adding that a rich and varied scientific program is expected and that several workshops and special sessions are scheduled.

A testament to its seriousness, IRSEC’21 is technically supported by the IEEE Power Energy Society, the world’s leading energy organization, the organizers note.
