Morocco Swim Trek returns to Dakhla for its 4th edition

The Dakhla Lagoon is preparing to welcome, from November 27 to December 2, the 4th edition of the Morocco Swim Trek, a sporting event in a context of respect for nature and the environment.

Organized by Open Water Event in partnership with the Moroccan Royal Swimming Federation (FRMN), the Morocco Swim Trek is a 30 kilometer open water swimming race in 4 stages in the lagoon of Dakhla.

A vector of Morocco destination promotion, the Morocco Swim Trek knew, in 4 years of existence, thanks to its national and international ambassadors, to become a globally recognized event.

At its creation in 2015, there were 60 swimmers to take part in this event, during which 160 swimmers from 20 different nationalities are expected this year. This new edition will also be marked by a significant national participation.

The children of Dakhla will not be left out, since a day of games, awareness and meeting with swimmers will be organized for them on November 30.
