Morocco will participate in the “COTIF 2019” International Footbal Tournament, which will be held from July 28 to August 8, in Alcudia, near Valencia, Spain, with the participation of national teams from twelve countries.
The organizing committee confirmed the participation of the national football teams of Morocco, Qatar, India and Argentina in this edition, which were also present at the COTIF 2018, the media said.
The president of COTIF, Eliseu Gómez, and other members of the organizing committee have already settled in Las Rozas to negotiate with the president of the Spanish Football Federation, Luis Rubiales, the selection of the Spanish players who will represent the country during this edition.
Negotiations are also underway for possible participation of the national teams from Mexico, Russia, Chile, Venezuela, Portugal and Germany.
In the women’s competition of this 36th edition of COTIF, the Spanish team La Roja will face the Moroccan and Indian selections, who also participated in the 2018 edition of this tournament won by the Valencian team Levante UD.
