Policy Center for The New South in the top ten of MENA

The Policy Center for The New South, formerly known as OCP Policy Center, has achieved a real performance by being ranked eighth in the prestigious 2018 Global “Go To Think Tank Index Report” by the prestigious University Of Pennsylvia.

Created in May 2014 and headed by Karim El Aynaoui, a former World Bank, the Policy Center for the New South was able to become one of the top 10 think tanks in North Africa and the Middle East, alongside well-known and ancient institutions such as Lebanon’s Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Qatar’s Brookings Institution, Doha’s Al Jazeera Center for Studies, and the Egyptian Al Ahram Center for Political and Strategic Studies.

Also included in this ranking are the CERSS-Center for Social Science Research in 13th place and the IRES-Royal Institute for Strategic Studies in 23rd place.
