In this painful circumstance, the Sovereign expresses to President Saleh and, through him, to the bereaved families and the brotherly Iraqi people, his deep condolences and sincere feelings of compassion, imploring the Most High to welcome the victims in His holy mercy, and to give patience and consolation to the Iraqi president and the relatives of the victims.
