We favor the assumption of rape by withdrawal of consent. Which would mean that the complainant regretted her comments. “The complainant has lied on essential points,” said Me Fédida who then discusses the first case where Lamjarred is accused: “Regarding Ms. Prioul, the attacks were reciprocal since blows were made to my client too. Maybe they had some passionate relationships.” For her part, Laura Prioul has another version: “We were close, we both kissed each other. And he wanted to kiss me again, and I turned my head and it did not please him. I got hit all at once. I wanted to defend myself and this person struck me again. This person eventually raped me.”
While waiting for the final verdict, the pop star lives in her apartment in Paris. He is “tested” and “deeply traumatized” by his stays in prison, deplores the lawyer. Recall that he was summoned by the French Justice on February 8, 2019. A meeting that was to seal a little more the fate of the singer. “The Lamjarred clan asked the judge for permission to go to Morocco, the faces seemed placated after the hearing,” a well-informed source said.
