The “Société Centrale de Réassurance” (SCR)/Central Reinsurance Company/ is increasing its stake in Eqdom. On April 24, 2019, it acquired on the central market 8,993 Eqdom shares at a unit price of MAD 1,051, thereby raising the threshold for a 5% stake in the company.
Following this transaction, the SCR holds 86,668 Eqdom shares, 5.19% of the capital. It should be noted that the SCR plans to continue purchasing on the Eqdom value in the next 12 months.
