UK-based Sound Energy claims to have positive test results in the TE-10 well in the Tendrara (Oriental) license.
“The initial phase of the test program is now largely completed, over a gross interval of 158 meters between the measured depths of 1,932 meters and 2,090 meters in the Lower Sandstone Clay Triassic,” the company says, adding that the interpretation of these tests continues. It should be noted that the tests allowed the accumulation of gaseous hydrocarbons up to the surface of the well.
