The counters of regional treasuries, prefectural and provincial and perceptions across the national territory will be open Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 15:30, to allow taxpayers to take advantage of the tax amnesty when paying public debts, announced the General Treasury Kingdom (TGR).
“The TGR informs all taxpayers that the wickets of regional treasuries, prefectural and provincial and perceptions across the national territory, will be open on Saturday and Sunday, 29 and 30 December 2018, from 9:00 to 15:30, to allow them to benefit from the incentives for the payment of public debts contained in the 2018 Finance Act and Law 82-17,” the Treasury said in a statement.
Thus, taxpayers will benefit from the cancellation of penalties, fines, surcharges, interest on late payment and recovery costs of taxes and other debts due to the State and local authorities, issued before 1st January 2016, provided that spontaneously pay all of the principal of these claims before 1st January 2019, the same source recalled.
