The site of Houara finally came into service this Friday after 4 years of work. A tourist resort spanning 245 hectares with an investment of 550 million US dollars (the equivalent of nearly 5 billion dirhams), Houara includes two hotels, the first of which, a five-star luxury Hilton, entered into service by the same occasion.
It offers 304 rooms with 3 restaurants and a conference room for 1500 people. This is the 3rd Hilton in the region after those of Tangier Bay.
The site also includes a residential component of 53 hectares tour around luxury villas.
