Tangier: Renault Morocco rewarded its suppliers

Groupe Renault Morocco organized for the third consecutive year a Supplier Agreement bringing together nearly 200 representatives of its main partners at Renault’s Tangiers plant.

By alternating round tables, interventions and testimonials from suppliers, this meeting was rich in exchanges around two major themes: customer satisfaction and quality. This meeting was also an opportunity to share information and issues in order to build action plans and strengthen local integration. This appointment, which has become a must, aims to remind the current context of the Renault Group and its expectations to support the various projects of Renault plants.

This day of exchanges was also marked by the testimonies of Mohamed Lacham, President of AMICA, and Loubna Tricha, General Director of OFPPT, on the commitments of the equipment manufacturers and the offers of training available in the trades of the and adapted to the needs of the sector.

In this context, Tajjeddine Bennis, CEO of SNOP, illustrated this commitment and testified about the positive impact of training through apprenticeship and the benefit gained both for his activity and for the sector as a whole.

At this convention, it was recalled the objectives and progress of the work of the recent signing of the Partnership Agreement between the Group Renault Morocco, the Ministry of Industry, Investment, Trade and Economy the Ministry of National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research as well as the Office of Vocational Training and Promotion of Labor (OFPPT) and the Moroccan Association for Industry and Automotive Construction (AMICA). This Partnership Agreement focuses on building skills in the quality sector of the automotive sector.

For the first time, Groupe Renault Morocco rewarded its supplier partners by presenting them with trophies, commending their commitment:

Thus, with its panel of equipment manufacturers, the Group Renault Morocco fully plays its role of locomotive of the automobile industry by pursuing a quality approach which places the customer at the heart of its engagements.
