A telluric quake with a magnitude of 2.6 degrees on the Richter scale was recorded Thursday in the province of Al Hoceima, says the National Institute of Geophysics (ING).
The quake, whose epicenter is located in the municipality of Bni Gmil (Al Hoceima province), occurred at 20H08 min 51 sec (GMT + 1), says the national network of monitoring and seismic alert of the ING in a seismic warning bulletin.
The shock felt is 28 km deep, 35.060 °N latitude and 4.378 °W longitude, according to the same source.
