The first images of the Atlas Lions in Malawi

The national team arrived in the early hours of Thursday, March 21 at the Kamuzu airport in Lilongwe, capital of Malawi, aboard a special flight from Rabat Salé airport. The flight lasted eleven hours with a stopover in Douala, Cameroon.

The Atlas Lions delegation includes the technical staff and the 18 players retained by national coach Hervé Renard to play the match on Friday (March 22nd), against Malawi counting for the 6th day of the CAN 2019 qualifiers.

After landing in Lilongwe, the national team returned to their place of residence before the training session scheduled for Thursday at the Bingu National Stadium in the presence of the press.

Recall that the national coach Hervé Renard unveiled Wednesday, March 20, the final list of 18 Atlas Lions who will face Malawi.
