Elements of the motorcycle patrol of the district Moulay Rachid Casablanca police arrested Tuesday a 19-year-old woman in the act of theft under the threat of stabbing.
According to the DGSN, the woman, accompanied by another young woman, entered a prayer room in one of the mosques in the Annour district (Moulay Rachid District), where they stole two mobile phones under the threat of two knives that were in their possession before they fled.
The immediate intervention of the elements of the patrol allowed the arrest of the main suspect in possession of the stolen cell, while the field research continues to arrest the other person involved in this criminal act, added the same source.
The arrested young woman was taken into custody at the disposal of the investigation conducted under the supervision of the competent prosecutor’s office in order to elucidate all the circumstances of this case.
