The Total group will increase its capital reserved for employees. The transaction, which involves the issuance of up to 18 million shares (or 45 million euros), has been approved by the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC).

In Morocco, it concerns the subsidiaries Total Morocco, Ouargaz and Gazber. The subscription price was set at 40.1 euros, or MAD 435.32.

The subscription period runs from May 2nd to May 14th. Note The share of employees in the share capital of TOTAL S.A. is 4.8% at the end of 2018.
