USAID: “Higher Education partnership” program launched

Morocco and the United States launched on Monday in Marrakech the “Higher Education partnership” program intended to develop cooperation in order to strengthen the educational offer. This program is part of the strategic partnership between the Department of National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

Concretely, it aims to promote the quality of the teaching provided in the different cycles, to improve the training of teachers and develop their professional career, and to provide young Moroccans with the necessary tools to facilitate their access and integration into the market.

In this sense, the University of Arizona will cooperate with Moroccan universities, regional centers of education and training, as well as educational experts, to develop a comprehensive program dedicated to the training of teachers in the primary and secondary cycles qualifying and revising the pedagogical content of the education license.
