Visa launches “Fintech Fast-Track” program in Africa

Visa launches its “Fintech Fast-Track” program in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa (CEMEA).

In collaboration with its regional partner GTP, prepaid service provider for sub-Saharan Africa, the card payment specialist expands this program to provide the fintechs with an accelerated and simpler integration process, thanks to VisaNet, Visa’s global network, which uses a suite of digital solutions.

Thus, thanks to Visa Fast-Track, fintechs in the region will be able to integrate the global Visa network in four weeks. “This program has been designed to meet the needs of fintechs, while adapting to their realities and providing them with much faster processes, which reduce the number of conditions related to integration,” says VISA.

The program also links the different fintechs to platforms already certified by Visa, but also connects them to the sponsoring banks, offering them real expansion possibilities via Visa’s global network.
